What is the minimum contract duration for your services? The minimum contract duration for my services is 3 months. However, to fully implement the strategy I’ve developed and to achieve the best possible results, I recommend a commitment of 6 months or longer. This extended period allows for a more comprehensive application of the strategy and better outcomes.
Do I need to provide my social media passwords? No, you do not need to provide your social media passwords. We use tools like Meta Business Suite and other platforms that allow us to manage your accounts securely without needing direct access to your passwords. We prioritize your privacy and security, ensuring your peace of mind.
What payment methods are accepted, and how does the payment process work? We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards via PayPal, bank transfers, and wire transfers. Invoices will be sent on the same day of each month, starting from the date of your first invoice, and payment is due within 5 days of receipt.
Is it possible to upgrade or downgrade my service package? Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your service package to better suit your needs. Please contact us to initiate the request. Any changes to your package will take effect upon the termination of your current contract, and we will issue a new contract to reflect the updated terms for the new period.
